After meeting at university two good friends set off in Betsy the camper van and drove around the European Continent together.
Six months on and many miles covered, the two friends and Betsy parted ways to further their careers in architecture, with a distant dream to one day form their own company.
They made their dream a reality and formed BVDS architects. But they quickly realised that nobody wanted to hire a company that hadn’t had a project built, so they built one themselves, from scratch.
The two friends are now surrounded by a team of talented architects and designers who work closely alongside their clients to achieve creative projects through a friendly and approachable process.
(they have however maintained an unhealthy habit of using photos that show themselves 5 years younger. We should really address that!)
They call themselves directors now, but at the core of Bradley Van Der Straeten Architects are still two good friends.
